Our Story
Two decades of Ducati in the Cape
Ducati Claremont opened its doors in 1998 as part of the Claremont Motor Group — one of South Africa's most respected automotive groups. From day one, our mission was singular: bring the full Ducati experience to South African riders, without compromise.
We became Cape Town's first authorized Ducati dealer, and we've grown every year since — expanding our showroom, our workshop, and our team of Ducati-certified technicians. Today we carry the full range of new and approved pre-owned Ducati motorcycles, alongside a comprehensive selection of genuine Ducati accessories and DesertX gear.
What keeps us here, after all these years, is the community. The riders who bring their Monsters and Panigales in for service, who test-ride the latest V4, who stop by on a Saturday morning just to talk bikes — that's who we exist for.

Every member of our team rides. That's not a recruitment policy — it's just how it's turned out. When you talk to our sales team, you're talking to someone who has pinned the throttle on a Panigale V4 S and understood exactly why you're considering one.
Our workshop technicians hold Ducati factory certifications and attend annual training in Bologna. Your bike is maintained to exactly the same standards as the factory race team — no exceptions.
We keep our team small on purpose. Cape Town's Ducati community is tight-knit, and relationships matter more to us than transaction volume.
